Viv Schulze Physio

Menu

Viv qualified as a physiotherapist in 1989. Over the course of her 30 year career she  has studied exercise physiology, pain, pilates, neuroscience and evidence based manual therapy. Her ultimate goal is to empower patients to fully engage in life.

She is passionate about cycling and is a member of the Trail Angels Woman’s MTB club. When riding she enjoys the physics of movement and experiencing how tweaking body position on bike instantly improves balance and changes “danger in me” to “safety in me” brain messages. She gyms to increase strength for mountain biking and running, with the leg press her favourite gym exercise. Kundalini Yoga is her favourite yoga discipline, focussing on spinal movement and breath.

She has participated in two Mini Triathlons, a Knysna half marathon and a STBB MTB race.
